Job Role & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, networking, field visits & online inquiries.
• Meet potential clients, schedule appointments, and present company services and portfolio.
• Coordinate with design & execution teams for proposals, quotations & BOQs.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up with clients and close sales conversions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Handle documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Only Female candidates should apply.
• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Comfortable with field visits and site interactions.
• Knowledge of construction / interior industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Work Experience

• 0–2 years in Sales / Business Development / Interior / Real Estate sector (Freshers can apply).
