Business Accounting Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Business Accounting Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, Tally, and Power BI with hands-on experience in the field. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing course materials, and ensuring students develop practical skills relevant to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Business Accounting, Tally, GST, MS Excel, and Power BI.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Provide real-world case studies and practical assignments to enhance learning.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with latest accounting practices, taxation rules, and financial tools.
• Support in curriculum development and continuously improve training methodologies.
• Maintain training reports and ensure high student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of practical experience in accounting, finance, or training.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting Principles & Standards
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• GST & Taxation
• MS Excel (Advanced)
• Power BI (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in Tally / Power BI / Financial Accounting.
• Prior experience as a Trainer or Faculty.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
