Project Duration : 7 Months Project Scope : Support the deployment of a tool across geographies with 230 trainers Reporting to : Project Manager / Deployment Head Location : Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata Key Responsibilities: 1. MIS & Data Management Maintain accurate master data of 230 trainers, including deployment schedule, location, performance metrics, and attrition reports. Develop and update dashboards for daily/weekly reporting on deployment status, trainer attendance, feedback scores, and coverage. Track progress of training sessions across zones with real-time updates. Generate automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Manage a centralized tracker for session counts, completions, cancellations, and trainer replacements. 2. Project Coordination Liaise with trainers, regional coordinators, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information. Monitor deployment calendar and proactively flag delays or rescheduling needs. Coordinate feedback collection from trainers and client SPOCs after each session. Maintain records of TNA (Training Need Analysis), session delivery, and impact data. 3. Logistics & Administrative Support Assist in onboarding documentation and background verification for 230+ trainers. Support travel planning and reimbursement processing where applicable. Maintain training materials repository and track version updates of O2C tool modules. Handle communication for trainer queries, grievances, and urgent escalations. 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and compliance guidelines defined for the deployment. Perform regular audits on attendance sheets, trainer logs, and feedback forms. Flag non-compliance or underperformance to project leads in real-time. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, IT, or Operations) 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, project coordination, or training administration Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure Exposure to training or large-scale deployment projects preferred Performance Metrics: Accuracy & timeliness of reports (TAT within 24 hours) Zero data discrepancies in dashboards Trainer satisfaction score (above 85%) Deployment milestones met as per the defined schedule Show more Show less
