Job Title: Field Deployment Agent Job Summary: The Field Deployment Agent will be responsible for the successful on-ground rollout of an Order-to-Cash (O2C) digital tool to Sales Advisors and Distributors. This includes training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring active usage and adoption of the tool. The role involves close coordination with sales teams, distributors, and central support teams. Key Responsibilities: Tool Deployment & Activation: Deploy the O2C tool to assign Sales Advisors and Distributors in the region, ensuring successful registration and initial logins. Training & Enablement: Conduct hands-on training sessions (in-person or remote) to explain tool features, usage process, and benefits to end-users. User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for resolving user issues during initial use; escalate complex issues to the tech support team. Performance Monitoring: Track tool usage, report activation and adoption status daily/weekly, and identify bottlenecks in user onboarding. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Sales Managers, Distributors, and central teams to align deployment efforts with business timelines. Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and insights to improve tool functionality, training content, and deployment effectiveness. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of training, deployments, and support issues; submit field reports regularly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1โ€“3 years of experience in field operations, tool deployments, sales support, or IT enablement roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Ability to speak local languages/dialects (based on deployment region).
