Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Developer located in Vadodara. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for developing Odoo modules, customizing features, and integrating third-party tools with the Odoo platform. The tasks will include system analysis, designing robust solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. Additionally, the role requires ensuring the deployment and documentation of Odoo implementations while adhering to the best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on project needs.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Analyze business processes and contribute to effective Odoo solutions.
• Enhance existing modules and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and QA teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure code quality and best practices.
• Optimize system performance and support upgrades and migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Odoo development (2 to 5 years).
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Odoo frameworks, ORM, workflows, and QWeb reports.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Understanding of business domains like CRM, Accounts, HR, Inventory, and Sales.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community versions.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodology.
