🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Handle end-to-end Odoo implementations and version migrations.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Analyze complex business requirements and provide advanced technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding, debugging, and best practices.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver tasks within deadlines.
• Prepare technical documentation for customizations and solutions.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience with Odoo Workflows, QWeb reports, Web services, and API integration.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience in Odoo version upgrades and migration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
