Core Skills Odoo Certified Functional Consultant (v17 or v18) Deep expertise in Odoo v17/18 functional modules Proven experience with system integration (APIs, third-party connectors) Strong background in data migration and cleansing strategies Business Skills Lead project qualification phases through to commercial proposal development Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering during discovery with prospects Organize and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations using Odoo, following Chef Pixels methodology Perform gap analysis and design tailored solutions Prepare and present persuasive business proposals to clients with clarity and conviction Project Management Skills Manage end-to-end project delivery, from kick-off through go-live and ongoing support Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Operations Contribute to Chef Pixels growth by representing the company at industry events Foster a positive, energetic presence within our multicultural environment Communication Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
