Designation: Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager - Career Services Location: Pune (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid) Experience Level: 2-5 years Role and Responsibilities: Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers focusing on data science, analytics. Responsible for internship and final placements of students especially in the field of data science, analytics. Collaborate with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them with student profiles. Facilitate the placement process for students, including organizing campus recruitment drives, workshops, and interview sessions. Maintain and update records of placement activities, including student placements, employer feedback, and market trends. Prepare regular reports on placement statistics and project progress for management review. Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs.
