Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative

NPD Executive

to support the end-to-end product development process. The role involves driving new product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing the full NPD lifecycle: ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
Work closely with vendors for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.
Coordinate lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality compliance standards.
Maintain and update the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor progress and timelines.
Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide insights for margin optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for seamless product rollouts.
Track post-launch performance and gather consumer feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Cosmetics, Pharma, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD, R&D, or product development (FMCG, personal care, or wellness preferred).
Strong knowledge of formulation, packaging, and product testing methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety, and quality compliance.
Excellent coordination, research, and project management skills.
Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.
