Provide monthly reporting and implement cost optimizations. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in NPD projects. Experience in formulation and new product development with a solid understanding of packaging, including flexible packaging, plastic bottles and containers, and rigid packaging. Experience in D2C/consumer products is preferred. Experience in beauty, personal care, nutraceuticals, and FMCG sectors will be given preference.
