About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    trusted HR advisor

    to Pune’s engineering leadership team and all employees
  • Lead the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for technical and support roles—sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Manage

    employee relations

    including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and

    Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

  • Ensure strong alignment with the HR Manager in Gurgaon on policies, processes, and cultural initiatives
  • Reinforce company values through consistent communication, leadership coaching, and role modeling
  • Guarantee compliance with

    Indian labor laws

    , especially Maharashtra regulations, in collaboration with legal counsel
  • Implement feedback loops, monitor engagement levels, and proactively address emerging team concerns
  • Support

    career development, recognition, and retention

    programs for high-potential talent
  • Maintain accurate HR data while supporting HR reporting, compensation cycles, and benefits administration


What We’re Looking For

  • 12-15 years of HR experience

    , including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner within engineering, IT, technical, or professional services environments.
  • Proven experience navigating

    complex employee relations

    , including misconduct, underperformance, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Indian employment law

    , with specific experience in Maharashtra (Pune preferred).
  • A leadership style that is

    firm, fair, calm under pressure

    , and confident in making tough decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to

    influence engineers, managers, and senior leaders.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); experience working within global organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting

    multi-site or remote teams

    in India is a plus.
