Role Overview: NOVARGI is seeking a Digitalization Manager to lead the company's digital transformation strategy and modernize systems. As the Digitalization Department Manager, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency and fostering a data-driven, agile culture across all business units. Your main mission will be to audit current digital tools, define an integrated digital ecosystem, lead implementation of automation and analytics, and monitor digital KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Audit current digital tools and platforms, including legacy ERPs and workflows. - Define and propose an integrated and scalable digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.). - Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative technology. - Foster adoption through change management, training, and cultural alignment. - Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity. - Develop and implement a Group-wide digitalization roadmap. - Identify inefficiencies and propose tech solutions aligned with business priorities. - Oversee digital projects across operations, finance, HR, legal, and international sites. - Promote automation (RPA), process optimization, and advanced data tools. - Lead cross-functional change management and digital skills development. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in digital transformation in EPC/EPF environments (mandatory). - Strong technical knowledge of ERP, CRM, RPA, ECM, BI, and system architecture. - Proven experience in systems evaluation, selection, and implementation. - Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, and adaptability. - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; MBA or Master in Digital Business is a plus. - Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
