Digitalization Manager

We follow a digital-first, professionally managed model with lean staffing and industry-leading asset productivity Role Summary : The Digital Systems Manager will oversee the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of digital technologies across our manufacturing and business operations. This role is critical to driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, automation, and seamless system integration Role & responsibilities : System Integration & Optimization Manage and continuously improve the integrated ERP, IoT, AI, and Power BI platforms across production, quality, inventory, and energy systems. Ensure end-to-end digital connectivity from shop floor sensors to management dashboards. Data & Analytics Leadership Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for performance monitoring using Power BI. Identify trends and drive actions based on predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and KPIs. Process Automation & Digitalization Lead automation initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance quality control. Collaborate with process engineers to digitize manual operations and reduce paper-based workflows. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance teams to ensure digital tools meet functional needs. Act as a digital transformation champion, training and enabling teams to adopt digital tools effectively. System Security & Reliability Ensure robust data integrity, system uptime, and cybersecurity across digital platforms Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in managing digital systems, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment. Strong hands-on experience with: ERP systems ( SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ) IoT platforms for factory automation AI/ML models for predictive maintenance or quality control Power BI or equivalent BI tools Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure , including IoT Hub, Power BI integration, Azure Active Directory, and cloud monitoring. Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives and automation. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Exposure to energy monitoring and optimization platforms. Experience working with PLC/SCADA integrations or Industry 4.0 frameworks
