Digitalization Manager

Role Overview: As the Digitalization Manager at NOVARGI, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Group's digital transformation strategy. This role involves modernizing systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a data-driven, agile culture within all business units. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of systems modernization on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Audit current digital tools and platforms, including legacy ERPs and workflows. - Define and propose a fully integrated and scalable digital ecosystem encompassing ERP, CRM, ECM, etc. - Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative technologies across the organization. - Drive adoption through effective change management, training, and cultural alignment. - Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation within EPC/EPF environments. - Strong technical knowledge of ERP, CRM, RPA, ECM, BI, and system architecture. - Proven track record in systems evaluation, selection, and implementation. - Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills. - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master in Digital Business is a plus. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
