Non IT Recruiter role with NIIT Limited
We are looking for a dedicated Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our team for a contract role focused on a large-scale recruitment initiative for Wipro. This position is crucial for efficiently sourcing and selecting a high volume of qualified candidates to meet our urgent hiring needs. The contract lasts for 6 months, with the potential for full-time employment or extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific bulk hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement various sourcing techniques to attract a large pool of candidates, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial interviews to quickly assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions.
- Manage the entire interview process, ensuring a streamlined experience for candidates and timely feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment efforts, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment, ideally in a corporate or project-based
environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques tailored for large-scale hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
