Job Description

Job Title: Non technical Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused Recruiter to help us find and hire great talent. In this role, you will connect with candidates, coordinate interviews, and support our hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Post job openings on various platforms
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Contact candidates and schedule interviews
Support candidates throughout the hiring process and provide updates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs
Maintain candidate records and track the hiring pipeline
Represent the company positively to all applicants
Help improve our hiring process where needed

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to build positive relationships
Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone, email, and in person
Basic knowledge of recruitment activities (training can be provided)
Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus, but not required
