Job Description

Indias leading bank is looking for Branch Sales Officers to drive customer acquisition for CASA and other retail liability products. This is an individual contributor role focused on sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and cross-selling financial products to achieve branch sales targets. Experience Required: Branch Sales Officer: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (any domain). Assistant Manager: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing from Banking, Finance & Insurance sectors only. Jobs Responsibilities: Acquire new customers for the Banking products and other liability products. Cross-sell banking products such as fixed deposits, insurance, and wealth management solutions. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and self-sourcing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability. Ensure adherence to banking guidelines and regulatory norms. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Knowledge of banking products and financial services is an advantage.
