Job Description

Industry: Fitness / Health & Wellness / Equipment Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy, operations, and performance of the gym and fitness equipment division across India. This includes driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional and area sales managers across different zones.
  • Identify new business opportunities including gyms, fitness centers, hospitality, corporate wellness programs, and government projects.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning and product availability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report progress to senior management.
  • Ensure effective CRM usage and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and fitness expos to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in gym equipment, fitness, wellness, or allied industries.
  • Proven experience in leading national or large regional sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of fitness equipment products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,119.06 - ₹1,790,937.27 per year
