The Mission

Take ownership of a ₹40–50 Cr+ national sales mandate. Lead strategy and execution. Drive relationships with India’s top automotive and manufacturing OEMs. Build the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ₹40–50 Cr+ national revenue across capital equipment and automation projects
• Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team
• Engage with existing key accounts and revive dormant ones
• Drive end-to-end techno-commercial sales and close high-value deals
• Interface with top OEM clients including Tata Motors, Mahindra, and JLR
• Maintain complete pipeline visibility, forecasting, and collections
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution
• Explore and support emerging global sales opportunities

Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in capital equipment, automation, intralogistics, or industrial B2B sales
• Hands-on exposure to automotive OEMs is a must
• Strong commercial acumen and sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing a ₹30–50 Cr+ sales mandate
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence CXO-level buyers
• Based in Pune or Mumbai preferred; must be willing to travel extensively
• High ownership, integrity, and ability to work directly with the Promoter

Added Advantage

• Experience in export sales or international client handling
• Familiarity with project sales cycles in warehouse or factory automation
