ob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will assist in order processing, customer support, and administrative tasks, serving as a key liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, sales reports, and presentations. Coordinate sales activities and track progress towards sales targets. Manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Support client communication and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and sales representatives. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery. Prepare sales documentation including contracts, agreements, and invoices. Compile and analyze sales data for reporting and forecasting purposes. Provide general support to the Sales Manager and broader sales team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
