We are Hiring for Sales Coordinator -

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
The role involves managing the flow of sales-related information, coordinating client interactions, processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments
This position plays an important role in supporting the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
One of the key responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator is order processing and management
This includes receiving and processing customer orders accurately and within stipulated timelines, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely delivery
The Sales Coordinator works closely with logistics and inventory teams to track shipments, address delays, and resolve any discrepancies related to orders or deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience
The Sales Coordinator also provides ongoing support to the sales team by assisting in the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation
Customer databases and sales records are regularly updated using CRM systems, and support is provided in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews and external meetings
In addition, the Sales Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
The role involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships
The Sales Coordinator further coordinates with departments such as Accounts and Logistics, supports sales reporting and forecasting activities, handles administrative tasks, and stays updated on product and service information to provide accurate guidance to customers
