National Sales Head

𝙒𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 – 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙 | 𝙆𝙤𝙡𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙖

A leading personal care and cosmetic products company is looking for a highly experienced and strategic 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙 to be based in 𝙆𝙤𝙡𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙖. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth across India through 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 channels.

𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙: 15–20 years in the personal care/beauty/cosmetics industry, with a strong focus on General Trade.

𝘾𝙏𝘾: Up to ₹80 LPA

𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Kolkata

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams, developing trade marketing strategies, handling distributors/stockists, and achieving aggressive sales targets. A deep understanding of the retail landscape, especially in the personal care/beauty space, is essential. Candidates must be well-versed with market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product positioning within the personal care domain.

This role demands a visionary leader who can contribute to strategic planning and execution, expand market share, and ensure profitable growth across regions.
