About Company:

The company is a leading manufacturer of masterbatches, excelling in specialty enhancers for both flexible and rigid packaging. A legacy player in the plastic masterbatch industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national sales operations and strategy in the

  Masterbatches sector

• Manage and grow key B2B customer accounts

  directly
• Provide leadership and accountability across the sales function
• Collaborate closely with R&D and technical teams for

  custom solutions

• Ensure aggressive market expansion through strategic touring (15+ days/month)

• Oversee the sales team, mentor junior managers, and report to top leadership

Requirements

·        Experience in Masterbatches / Polymers / Chemicals

·        Hands-on with Blown Films, Blow Moulding

·        Strong leadership, communication & client management

·        Engineering background preferred, especially in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering.

·        Based in Nagpur / Willing to relocate
