Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead front-end sales across India, handling multiple city-level real estate projects.
• Take complete ownership of sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth.
• Mentor teams, forecast sales, and implement systems that scale.
• Work closely with the founding team initially, then lead independently with minimal supervision.
• Carry P&L responsibility for the sales function.

What We're Looking For:

• Top 1% talent with a proven, quantifiable track record in hardcore sales leadership.
• Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school with a strong pedigree in business and leadership.
• Exceptional system-building, team-leading, and number-crunching capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of real estate sales dynamics.
