🏘️ HIRING NOW: Senior Manager – Real Estate Sales (Destination Projects) 📍 Location: Gurugram (Base) | Projects: Pan India 🕰 Experience: 3 to 10 years 💼 Full-Time | Open Budget | Immediate Joiners Preferred 💬 About the Role: Bharat Wealth Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Real Estate Sales with a proven track record of selling premium or holiday destination properties across India. You’ll be based out of Noida , but your impact will be pan-India , especially in destination markets like Goa, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Darjeeling, and beyond. This is not your cookie-cutter real estate sales role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in destination property sales , can pitch a luxury weekend villa like a dream, and can walk the talk with solid sales numbers. 🎯 What You’ll Do: Drive end-to-end sales of residential and holiday home projects across India Pitch and close deals for high-ticket real estate in prime tourist/destination zones Engage with HNIs, investors, and end-users with a strong consultative approach Handle lead follow-ups, client meetings, and post-sales services Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to drive conversions Justify each transaction with insights, rationale, and real value add 🧾 What We’re Looking For: 3–10 years of real estate sales experience Strong background in destination real estate markets (Goa, Himachal, Dehradun, Darjeeling, etc.) preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of closing deals in residential/holiday home sales Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Ability to present, explain, and sell with confidence and clarity 💰 Compensation: We’re flexible for the right performer.
