We specialize in identifying high-growth land parcels through deep market intel — think tenders, zoning, local insights — and turning them into strategic investment opportunities. With over ₹500 Cr in AUM and an aggressive ₹8,000 Cr goal by 2025, we’re growing fast. And now, we’re looking for a Regional Head to lead the charge across NCR . 💼 Role: Regional Head – Gurugram This is a P&L leadership role for someone who can: Take full ownership of NCR operations from our Gurugram HQ Build & mentor a high-performing field sales team Drive B2B and B2C growth through strategic partnerships Hit ambitious revenue targets while managing operational efficiency Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Recruitment & Marketing for end-to-end execution 👤 What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in real estate or high-ticket B2B/B2C roles ✔ Strong background in field sales, team management & closing big deals ✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on hustle ✔ Graduate with sharp business acumen and execution skills This isn’t a job — it’s a launchpad.
