1. Revenue Growth Monthly & YTD

• Drive month-on-month and YTD regional revenue growth.

• Ensure early and consistent contribution from the first month.

• Plan and track regional business performance and forecasts.

2. Gross Margin Improvement

• Achieve minimum 1% YoY improvement in regional gross margins.

• Improve margins through pricing discipline, upselling, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure new business is margin accretive.

3. Collections & DSO Management.

• Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms.

• Maintain healthy DSO through coordination with finance and operations.

4. Client Retention & Satisfaction.

• Ensure zero or minimal client churn.

• Manage escalations and maintain positive client satisfaction scores.

5. Billable Employee Retention.

• Reduce site-level attrition of billable employees.

• Improve workforce stability and customer satisfaction.

6. Technology Implementation.

• Lead successful technology rollouts (e.g., Field IQ) at site and regional levels.

• Drive adoption, compliance, and measurable outcomes

7. Governance, Quality & Process Compliance.

• Drive timely closure of helpdesk tickets.

• Ensure strong quality audit and compliance scores.

8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management.

• Lead and align with cross-functional teams.

• Drive strategy execution and performance accountability.
