Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Finance Head (Finance & Accounts) with a proven track record in leading finance functions at fintech organizations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1015 years of experience, responsible for the overall financial management, planning, strategy, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Management Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting in alignment with business goals. Monitor key business KPIs and provide insights for growth, optimization, and cost control. Drive capital structuring, cash flow planning, and long-term financial sustainability. Accounting & Compliance Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and audit processes. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS. Maintain statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, etc.) and liaise with auditors and regulators. Budgeting & MIS Formulate annual budgets and monthly/quarterly MIS reports. Ensure departmental budget adherence and variance analysis. Guide business units with financial models and profitability metrics. Investor Relations & Fund Management Prepare financial reports and dashboards for investors and board meetings. Manage fund flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Support fund-raising efforts with financial due diligence and documentation. Process, Policy & Internal Controls Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk frameworks. Oversee implementation of accounting systems, ERP, and financial automation tools. Lead internal audits and fraud risk monitoring systems. Team Leadership Mentor, develop, and lead the Finance & Accounts team. Foster cross-department collaboration with legal, operations, and compliance teams. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must . 1015 years of experience in financial management roles with at least 5 years in fintech or digital payments companies . Strong command over taxation, audits, compliance, financial modelling, and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP). In-depth knowledge of RBI/SEBI/Fintech regulatory guidelines.
