MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present business data in an accurate and timely manner. The role involves preparing MIS reports, supporting management with decision-making insights, and ensuring smooth functioning of data systems and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze business data to generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools.
• Prepare and present accurate reports for management review, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Ensure timely updating and maintenance of databases and records.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and validate data.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
• Support in audits, compliance requirements, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Functions, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting role (freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered).
• Prior experience in [industry, e.g., insurance, finance, IT, etc.] will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
