Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support management decisions. The role requires excellent command over MS Excel for preparing, maintaining, and automating reports, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Use advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
Create and maintain Pivot Tables, Charts, and Dashboards for management review.
Perform data validation, data cleaning, and ensure accuracy of reports.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Macros / VBA (preferred).
Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify data.
Support management with data-driven insights and performance tracking.
Maintain proper documentation and backup of all MIS reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Access, or Power BI .
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience as MIS Executive.
Certification or proven expertise in Advanced Excel preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
