Review project KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate team efficiency and suggest improvements. Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze project data to generate insightful reports for senior management. Ensure that all projects are documented, maintained, and reported accurately to provide real-time visibility on operational progress. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide transparency on project milestones, resource allocation, and financial expenditures. Operational Coordination and Support: Act as the primary liaison between the Project Managers and HO to ensure that all project needs and requirements are communicated effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure Project Managers have access to resources needed for successful project completion. Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project momentum. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor projects to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational standards. Conduct periodic audits to verify that projects adhere to established quality guidelines and performance benchmarks. Develop SOPs for project execution and promote best practices for operational efficiency. Team Development and Training: Identify skill gaps among Project Managers and recommend relevant training programs to enhance their operational efficiency. Mentor Project Managers on improving project management processes, financial management, and stakeholder communication. Assist in the onboarding and training of new Project Managers, familiarizing them with project-specific requirements and operational protocols. Resource and Budget Management: Monitor resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal usage and prevent resource shortages or surpluses. Review project budgets and expenditures to identify areas for cost optimization. Provide insights on budget adherence, and work with Project Managers to adjust plans in case of deviations. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Regularly update senior management on project status, including progress reports, risk assessment, and mitigation plans. Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support project success. Coordinate periodic meetings and reviews with Project Managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities.
