Job Description

1. Developed content, training delivery schedules, and practical tracker for courses run at centers. 2. Centre management & Facilities Management Ensure availability and maintenance of all tools,equipment and consumables in all centres as per guidelines.Ensure the timely creation of batches 3. Ensure 90% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP. 4. Ensure proper internal and external assessment in all batches. Ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs. 5. Mobilization of candidates for training programs through various kinds of sales and marketing activities. 6. Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance. 7. Assessing the group’s needs and customizing training materials accordingly. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
