Job Description

As a Centre Manager, your role will involve developing content, training delivery schedules, and practical trackers for courses conducted at centers. You will be responsible for Centre Management and Facilities Management, ensuring the availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables in accordance with guidelines. Additionally, your duties will include ensuring the timely creation of batches, maintaining 80% attendance, and documenting training properly in centers as per training SDP. You will also oversee internal and external assessments in all batches and strive to place 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs. Mobilizing candidates for training programs through various sales and marketing activities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to devise an action plan for reassessment and ensure SOP compliance. Qualifications required for this role include: - +2, Diploma in Electronics - Graduate in Science/Electrical/Electronics/IT with 3-5 years of industry experience In this full-time position, you will work in person at the specified location.,
