Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams and stakeholders. Conduct documentation reviews and audits. Provide training and support on documentation practices. Prepare and present medical documentation reports.

Profile Requirements: Experience: o 10+ years of overall professional experience. o 6+ years of experience in Training and Development (L&D). o 3+ years of experience in Sales Training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences. Training Schedule Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training. Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee. Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records. Ability to mentor and coach individuals in a structured and results-oriented manner.

As an Advanced Quality Professional, you will: Drive the maintenance of ISOtrain modules, courses, and profiles according to local ISOtrain strategies. Deliver ad-hoc training reports and analysis on ISOtrain status. Support knowledge management for ISOtrain. Ensure precision and uncompromising quality in all training activities. Demonstrate business understanding and take ownership of assigned tasks. Provide capacity and back-up training as needed.
