Job Description

  • Identify and pursue government sales opportunities across central, state, PSU, and defense segments.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and manage tender submissions via GeM, CPPP, and eProc portals.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement officers, IT heads, and key government decision-makers.
  • Track government budgets, upcoming IT initiatives, and digital transformation plans.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen → proposal → negotiation → delivery → post-sales.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and partners for pricing, solution design, and compliance alignment.
  • Ensure full compliance with GFR, CVC, Make in India, and other govt procurement policies.
  • Represent company at government trade shows, pre-bid meetings, and departmental demos.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and report forecasts and progress to leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, warranty, and AMC/service support.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the public sector and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to manage contract terms and payment follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
