Job Description

Dear Candidate We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively participating in various aspects of the recruitment process, coordinating the workforce, and providing support to both management and employees. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with employment policies and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Actively participate in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the hiring process. Plan and coordinate the workforce to maximize the utilization of employees' skills and talents. Resolve conflicts and issues between management and employees in a fair and efficient manner. Provide advice to managers on policies related to equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including conducting interviews, checking references, and performing background checks. Inform applicants about job details, including benefits and working conditions. Make hiring decisions or refer qualified candidates to appropriate managers. Conduct new employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process. Process paperwork related to hiring, benefits, and employee records. Assist in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Preferred)
