MIS Executive Finance

As a part of our Finance team, you’ll manage the numbers that drive our business forward. MIS (Management Information System) Executives lead all information technology operations within a company. They are responsible for planning, designing, developing, and evaluating computer systems

Responsibilities: -

● Manage day-to-day accounting for accounts payable, including follow-ups and coordination with stakeholders.

● Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliation statements.

● Ensure accuracy and compliance with GST and TDS provisions, including timely application and reporting.

● Identify, investigate, and resolve mismatches/errors in data across multiple reports/sources.

● Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly book finalization.

● Automate recurring tasks and build alerts/dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.

● Prepare ad hoc reports and MIS dashboards based on management requirements.

● Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

● Maintain and organize agreements, payment records, and client documentation.

● Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors as required.

What we’re looking for

● Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

● 2–4 years of experience in accounting, MIS, or financial reporting.

● Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas like COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.).

● Exposure to MIS tools and ERPs (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).

● Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.

● Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

● Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative working style.

● Adaptability to new tools and technologies; experience in automation preferred. Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.

● Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills
