MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that help improve efficiency and productivity. --- Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems. Generate performance reports (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.) as per business requirements. Identify data discrepancies, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy in reporting. Provide analytical support to management for decision-making and strategy development. Automate reporting processes using Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, or other reporting tools. Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and resolve reporting issues. Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data. --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas). Experience in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis role (freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply)

Pay: ₹12,176.20 - ₹20,024.01 per month
