Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive & Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel (including all formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Functions and data management) along with proficiency in accurate and efficient data entry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Perform accurate data entry, verification, and validation in Excel and internal systems.
Prepare dashboards, pivot reports, and summaries for management decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Work on advanced Excel functions, formulas, and lookups for analysis.
Generate, review, and present operational reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of data and information.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other advanced formulas.
Strong typing speed with accuracy in data entry and also know the basic purchase and sales credit entries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
