About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to help management make informed decisions. If you enjoy working with data, creating dashboards, and driving process improvements, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Collect, consolidate & analyze data from multiple departments Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports ✔ Create dashboards and automate reporting (Excel / Power BI preferred) ✔Identify trends, variances & insights for decision-making ✔Ensure accuracy and integrity of data at all times ✔Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth data flow Support ad-hoc reporting requirements & process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For: Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros a plus) Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau is an added advantage Analytical mindset with attention to detail Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Reporting, or similar role
