Post - Data Mining Officer

Overall Purpose of the Role: Candidate to work both independently and collaboratively to play a key role in looking after the data management and providing support to the supervisor at various levels to help them to discharge their functions of organizing, planning, control and decision making.

∙ Gathering data from multiple online systems, analyzing the information, and reporting data to aid in management decision-making.

∙ Collecting the data, storing it, and making it accessible to managers who want to analyze the data by running reports.

Roles and Responsibilities –

∙ Preparing MIS report

∙ Database Management- Creating, maintaining and enhancing records.

∙ PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.

∙ Maintaining files in soft copy & hard copies

∙ Maintaining records of corporate resource activities processes

Qualification and Experience: Graduate in any stream with 2-4 Years of experience Desired skills –

∙ Good Knowledge advance excel, word & PowerPoint

∙ Good knowledge of google sheets & google drive

∙ Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.

∙ Should be able to maintain records properly.

∙ Can handle pressure and has an eye for detail.

∙ Hardworking, Punctual and Disciplined

Remuneration – As per industry norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
