Job Description

IndiaIVF is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Founders' Office. This position will be instrumental in creating MIS reports and dashboards to provide a data-driven view of the company’s performance. The role involves tracking key metrics, analyzing data for insights, and presenting actionable information to senior management to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and interactive dashboards to monitor company and function-wise performance.
• Create data-based views to assess progress on company initiatives, overall financial health, and functional health.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support senior management decision making

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of key metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate with various functions to gather and consolidate data for accurate reporting.
• Adapt and optimize reporting processes to align with changing organizational needs.
• Utilize Excel and other dashboarding tools to present complex data in a simplified, actionable format.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests to assist with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and experience creating interactive dashboards.
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
