MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases and dashboards.
• Generate analytical reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with branch and department heads for report inputs.
• Ensure timely submission of required data and reports.
• Communicate discrepancies or anomalies in data to concerned teams.
• Performance Tracking
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, collection, and other operations.
• Support management with trend analysis and performance comparisons.
• System & Software
• Work on company-specific software, Excel, and other data management tools.
• Assist in improving data flow and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with IT for system-related issues or updates.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Maintain records and documentation of all MIS-related files and communications.
• Support audit and compliance requirements with relevant data and reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Google Sheets – preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software (added advantage)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Diploma or certification in Data Analytics or MIS preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in NBFC/Chit Fund/Financial services sector preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timeliness and accuracy of reports submitted.
• Reduction in data discrepancies and errors.
• Efficiency in supporting management decision-making.
• Effective coordination between departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,906.02 - ₹31,017.22 per month
