The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Web Developer with expertise Shopify to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should be capable of setting up complete WordPress and Shopify websites from scratch for a variety of clients across industries. You must have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, custom coding, performance optimization, and seamless third-party integrations. If you're someone who takes ownership, writes clean code, and delivers pixel-perfect results, we'd love to work with you. Responsibilities Shopify Development: Setup and development of Shopify stores from scratch. Theme Editing using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery. Modify and customize existing themes based on client needs. Perform theme code customizations in .liquid, .css, .js files. Integration of third-party Shopify apps and APIs. Troubleshooting issues related to the Shopify storefront or backend. Experience with Shopify Plus and advanced customization preferred. Collaborate with the team to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance Shopify stores. Ideal Profile Required Skills Shopify Theme Development (editing Liquid templates, adding sections, modifying product & collection pages) Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) CSS & HTML (for layout and styling) JavaScript / jQuery (for custom interactions or dynamic behavior) JSON (used in Shopify 2.0 themes for templates and Meta fields) eComposer or similar page builders (PageFly, Shogun, etc.) Experience with Shopify Theme Editor and settings customization Experience in payment/shipping/tax setup. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive websites. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
