Shopify Frontend Developer / Theme Customization Expert

You will be working at Ads mania, a digital marketing agency specializing in online advertising, social media management, SEO, content creation, and website development. As a Web Developer, your primary responsibility will be setting up complete WordPress and Shopify websites from scratch for various clients across industries. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development, custom coding, performance optimization, and third-party integrations will be crucial for delivering high-quality results. You must have a strong work ethic, write clean code, and ensure pixel-perfect outcomes. **Responsibilities:** - Setup and develop Shopify stores from scratch - Theme editing using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery - Customize existing themes based on client requirements - Perform theme code customizations in .liquid, .css, .js files - Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs - Troubleshoot Shopify storefront or backend issues - Collaborate with the team to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance Shopify stores **Ideal Profile:** **Required Skills:** - Shopify Theme Development (editing Liquid templates, adding sections, modifying product & collection pages) - Liquid (Shopify's templating language) - CSS & HTML (for layout and styling) - JavaScript / jQuery (for custom interactions or dynamic behavior) - JSON (used in Shopify 2.0 themes for templates and Meta fields) - eComposer or similar page builders (PageFly, Shogun, etc.) - Experience with Shopify Theme Editor and settings customization - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills - Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive websites - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle multiple projects independently **Good To Have:** - Knowledge of SEO best practices - Familiarity with other platforms like Wix, WordPress, or Webflow is a bonus In this role as a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to work in the IT Services & Consulting industry within the Software & QA department.
