Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to manage, analyze, and report operational data across different functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, maintaining, and presenting data insights that drive effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Manage and maintain MIS reports for multiple functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Inventory.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure accurate and relevant reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timeliness of reports.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for management.
• Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support the management team with ad hoc data analysis and report generation.
• Monitor and analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in data to provide useful business insights.
• Assist in defining data sources, ownership, and access protocols.
• Maintain a consistent reporting design and format for ease of understanding.
• Communicate report findings effectively to various levels of the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or related.
• 2–3 years of experience in MIS / data & reporting roles.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Tools & Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Excel (Advanced): Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, charts.
• BI Tool: Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio (any one).
• Reporting automation (macros/scripting or BI features).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (nice to have).
• Understanding of data privacy and security basics.
