Role Senior Customer Service Executive Responsibilities - Cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients, arranging meetings, and fostering rapport. - Addressing customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone). - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products/services for accurate customer support globally and can do upsell & cross-sell. - Enhancing customer value and acquiring new clients. - Contributing to creating quotes and proposals for clients. - Collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, conduct demonstrations, and explore upselling opportunities. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree is essential and Must have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in dealing with international customers. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Availability for international hours, specifically in the North American time zone (remote work). - Friendly, outgoing demeanour. - Familiarity with social media platforms and tools. - Adaptability and strong task prioritization skills. - Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative. Experience - Minimum of 4 years in Customer Service; preference for candidates from banking or SaaS backgrounds.
