Work Conditions & Requirements: • This is a remote night-shift role (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST) • Laptop is mandatory • 5.5 days working Key Responsibilities: Lead Management : Manage the entire inbound lead cycle, from qualification and consultation to negotiation and closure Client Discovery & Consultation : Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions Proposal & Pitch Development : Create and deliver customized proposals, aligning feasibility, scope, and client expectations. Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term global client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Post-Sales Onboarding : Oversee a smooth handover from deal closure to project initiation, ensuring excellent client onboarding. Follow-ups & Pipeline Nurturing Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them efficiently through the sales funnel. Technical & Internal Collaboration Work closely with technical, design, and delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, and resources. CRM & Reporting Own CRM data accuracy and prepare weekly/monthly reports covering performance metrics, conversions, and client feedback. Market Intelligence Track market trends to identify new opportunities and respond to emerging client needs. Cross-Functional & Strategic Input : Contribute to organizational growth by aligning client expectations with company capabilities and providing sales insights to leadership
