We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to provide real-time support to our customers through chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries quickly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Excellent typing speed and good command over English is a must.

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve client queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate clearly and accurately in English.
Assist clients with queries when required.
Maintain high-quality standards in written communication and customer handling.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication and grammar skills.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage chat conversations efficiently.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
Prior experience in chat or customer support preferred.
