RoleSenior Customer Service Executive Job Responsibilities: - Cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients, arranging meetings, and fostering rapport.- Addressing customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products/services for accurate customer support globally and can do upsell & cross-sell.- Enhancing customer value and acquiring new clients.- Contributing to creating quotes and proposals for clients.- Collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, conduct demonstrations, and explore upselling opportunities.- Knowledge of SAAS. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Customer Service; preference for candidates from banking or SaaS backgrounds.
